Apply contact cement (not included) and center the surround evenly on the cone. Press the inside edge of the surround to the cone using thumb on top and index finger underneath the frame, working around the perimeter until fully adhered. Apply wood glue to the outer frame and press down the surround. Reattach the gasket to the outer surround.
