The ball on the rear end fits in the hub and allows for pivot lateral up and down rotation, making it easier to replace the center pipe assembly When the center pipe is in place, the pivot laterally back to the operating position. Note: Due to the light and screen setting difference, the item's color may be slightly different from the pictures. Please allow slight dimension difference due to different manual measurement.
