Material These blades for cutting plotters are made of rust-proof and durable carbide long service life, better abrasion resistance and durability. Application Good performance in vinyl, fine polishing process, suitable for mahogany, wood, PVC cardboard, MDF and other precision reliefs. But the blade is sharp. Use care when removing the protective cover to avoid scratches from the blades. 30 degrees 30 blades are mainly used for cutting very thin window tints and Mylar materials. 45 45 blades are the standard blades that are used on most vinyl cutters. They are recommended for all common cast and calendered vinyls as well as for other thin materials such as ThermoFlex Plus. 60 degrees 60 blades are recommended for thicker materials such as reflective films, flock and twill materials, and sandblast resistance.
