The fermentation weights are evenly weighted, the wide mouth fermenting lids are stainless steel, and the airlocks are made of food-grade PC material.<br> Easy to Use: Fill the airlock halfway with water to allow fermentation gas to be released smoothly, which helps prevent overpressurization. It also blocks outside air to maintain a pure fermentation environment.<br> For Fermentation and Storage: The fermentation lids include a silicone plug. After fermentation, you can remove the airlock and seal the jar for storage.
