Description

The organic silicone fermentation cover is made of food-grade organic silicone, odorless, and BPA-free. It has a high oxidation decomposition temperature, exceeding that of similar silicone products, and does not discolor under normal daily temperatures, ensuring a long service life. This silicone fermentation cover is durable, free of unpleasant odors, BPA-free, and resistant to fading under regular temperature conditions. It is dishwasher safe and can also be easily hand washed, requiring no time-consuming or labor-intensive maintenance. The fermentation lid measures 8.6 cm (3.4 inches) in diameter and fits jars used for fermenting sauerkraut, vegetables such as cabbage, carrots, cucumbers, tomatoes, garlic, radishes, and more. Ideal for making homemade sauerkraut, pickles, kimchi, and other fermented foods. It can also be used to store dry goods like coffee beans. Package includes 5 silicone fermenting lids. Optional metal rings may be included depending on the selection.
