Description

Emergency kill stop switch with lanyard for all outboard motors. Many older outboard motors do not offer protection if the operator falls out of the boat, which can result in uncontrolled operation. This essential safety device features a lanyard that attaches to the operator's wrist or clothing and automatically stops the engine if separation occurs. The switch is open circuit and closes when activated by pulling the lanyard. It can also be manually activated by pressing the red button. If there is no spark in the ignition system, the existing kill switch may be faulty or stuck in the off position and require replacement. Material: ABS. Color: Black and red. Package includes: 1 x Emergency Kill Stop Switch, 1 x Kill Switch Lanyard. Only the items listed are included; other accessories are not included. Note: Lighting and display differences may cause slight variations in color between the image and the actual item. Measurement error allowance: +/- 1-3 cm.
