Crafted with care to ensure the seeds aren’t unnecessarily crushed, this Delouis organic wholegrain mustard, uses wonderful organic cider vinegar to give a slight tangy flavour that is not too mild and not too strong.   Delouis uses a unique process to give their mustards their signature flavour. The mustard seeds are soaked in Verjuice before being made into mustard. This gives Delouis mustard a unique, genuine, non-factory made taste. Delouis mustards do not contain additives, preservatives or sulphites, just pure taste and flavour.    A great base for a marinade, a condiment to your sandwich, or meat dish, or best yet, added to your salad dressing.
