Description

Psyllium Plus from SuraVitasan is a dietary supplement based on plantago ovata fiber (100% husks) that contributes to the proper functioning of the intestine. Suitable for: ovolactovegetarians. It is enriched with hibiscus flowers, licorice root, stevia, and clove, combined with fructooligosaccharides (100% inulin extracted from chicory root). It is ideal for regulating intestinal transit, helps with diarrhea, and cleanses the colon. *The packaging received may be slightly different from the image on the product sheet. It is recommended to take 2 teaspoons (5 g) once a day, stir into a glass of juice or water (250 ml) and drink immediately. Drink a second glass of liquid (250 ml). Mucilages can cause blockage in the intestinal tract if not taken with plenty of fluids. People with intestinal obstructions or fecal impaction should refrain from taking them. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a balanced and varied diet and a healthy lifestyle. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of young children. Store in a cool, dry place.
