How To Replace a Band Saw Tire? 1, Unplug the Band saw, loosen the saw blade tension and remove the blade. Then remove the band saw wheel. 2, Once removed, completely remove or cur the old tire and any residue left behind. 3, part of the tire onto the wheel rim, then slip a short rod or pipe between the tire and wheel. Roll the pipe around the rim once to equalize the tire's elasticity. 4, Squeeze a small amount of glue onto a brush and apply it to the tire and wheel surface.Roll and repeat all the way around the rim. Let the glue dry for 24 hours using the saw again. 8 inch Diameter: for 8inch (205mm) bandsaw wheel Suitable for , , HBS20 band saws using 1400mm & 1425mm bandsaw blades. Colour:black Material:rubber Size:about 12.7mm wide x 3mm thick Package Contents: 2 x Band Saw Rubber Tire Only the above package content, other are not included.
