Description

Artfully designed finger ring made of 925 sterling silver. For women and men. The ring is decorated with a triskele as well as with Celtic knots. Width front: about 12 mm. Width back: about 5 mm. weight: approx. 5-6 g (depending on size) The ring is partially oxidized, so that the design comes into its own. Background: The motif of the triskele (triple spiral) is traditionally common in numerous cultures around the world. The use was particularly common in the Nordic and Celtic cultural area. The triskele is usually symbolic of the path of life. There are many different interpretations, whereby the number three always plays a major role: past-present-future or birth-life-death or earth-water-air or even youth-adulthood-old age. Clean knots have neither beginning nor end and therefore serve as a symbol of infinity or eternity.
