Gas tank filling: Inflation should be performed from top to bottom, moving from high pressure to low pressure. It is recommended to chill the gas tank in a refrigerator for 30 minutes before inflation. Warning: Operation must only be conducted by qualified personnel and in compliance with applicable national safety standards. Do not inflate MAPP gas or liquefied petroleum gas into flat gas tanks or cassette gas tanks. Inflation must be carried out in an outdoor environment. Pressure release button: During inflation, non-gaseous components in the tank may accumulate at the upper part of the gas tank and can be released through the pressure release button (press for approximately 2 seconds before inflating). Note: When releasing pressure, ensure the air valve is closed and the device is installed in the correct forward orientation. This valve allows gas from multiple unused flat gas tanks to be collected into a single tank for reuse. It is compatible with cassette converters, MAPP converters, and other standard converters, enabling gas transfer between tanks. Connection can be made in any orientation. The switch core is constructed from 58 copper for durability. The gas seal uses fluoroplastic O-rings, resistant to wear, chemicals, and extreme temperatures, ensuring reliable performance in temperatures ranging from -20°C to 250°C. Dual O-ring sealing system provides one layer for gas sealing and another to prevent leakage. Gas tanks may vary in design, but different types of gases must not be mixed. Always use the same type of gas for transfer. A tank collecting residual gas will not reach full capacity, and a new gas tank is not filled to 100% capacity. Recommended methods for gas transfer: Method 1: A simple and effective method. Chill both the source tank and receiving tank in a refrigerator for 20 minutes without releasing pressure. Immediately connect and begin transfer after removal. The cooled tank has lower pressure, while the tank at normal temperature has higher pressure, enabling natural gas flow from high to low pressure. Method 2: In outdoor conditions without refrigeration. Connect the tanks, close the switch, and pause operation. Release pressure 5 to 6 times. Resume operation after opening. Pressure release alone does not guarantee complete transfer. If pressure equalization fails, combine pressure release with shaking the upper tank. Warm the upper tank by hand (grasping the bottom near the outlet pipe) while shaking it back and forth to increase internal pressure. The combination of hand warming and pressure release promotes natural gas flow toward the lower-pressure tank. Slight exposure of the upper residual gas tank to sunlight may also help increase pressure, but avoid prolonged exposure.
