Do not drill into tanks or engine crankcase. Mounting will determine sensitivity of the meter. In most applications, the appropriate mounting sensitivity can be easily achieved. When an ignition signal is detected, it will wake up automatically. 5. To reset the meter, remove the battery and wait for 5 minutes before reinserting. If the battery is low and you wish to preserve current data, install a new battery within 2 minutes after removing the old one.
