Features Our As5048A magnetic encoder is a 14-bit rotary position sensor (formerly called encoder) for absolute angle measurement and PWM (= pulse width modulation) at 360 degree based on non-contact magnetic sensor technology full-rotation output. AS5048 magnetic sensor module provides PWM output and SPI or I2C interface to provide absolute angle measurement for the microcontroller. In the mechanical designing, there is no need to consider the exact pairing of the initial 0 position of the chip and the magnetic poles of.
