3 STAGE SYSTEM: The sharpener combine the coarse grinding, the fine grinding & polishing. Diamond Grinding tank is make for sharping blunt metal knives. The tungsten steel tanks are borned for grinding roughly and most of the family knives could be sharpened in this tank. For the ceramic rod tank, you could finishing, polishing edges or sharpen the sharpening knife with it. EASY TO SHARPEN: Rough Grinding: Put the blade into the diamond grinding tank vertically and push back slightly for around 5 times; Fine Grinding: Put the blade into the tungsten steel tanks vertically and push back slightly for around 3 times; Polishing: Put the blade into the ceramic tank vertically and push back slightly for around 3 times. Please be noted that do not push and pull repeatedly during sharpening. ANTI-SLIP BASE: Anti-Slip base and handle have been improved for even more stable and controllable that could make you feel more sercure and easily while controling the sharpener.
