If your original motherboard and controller match ours in appearance and all connectors are black, you may replace only the faulty component (motherboard or controller). If your original parts differ from ours, you must replace both the motherboard and controller together to ensure compatibility. 3. The remote control is designed exclusively for our controller and motherboard. If purchasing a complete set, choose the 3PCS SET. Selecting only the LCD Switch & Remote does not include the motherboard. Selecting only the Mother Board does not include the controller or remote. Please review your selection carefully to avoid incorrect orders. Remote Control Coding Instructions: 1. Press and hold the up button for more than 3 seconds while the device is off. 2. Wait until the display shows HFR- to enter coding mode. 3. Press the up button to activate the remote code. 4. The heater will turn on if the code is successful. If the code fails, the heater will not start. 5. The coding mode will exit automatically after timeout. Parameter Setting Process (Press the setting key to enter): 1. Time Setting: Use up/down keys to adjust hour (24-hour format), minutes, and other parameters. Press enter to confirm and proceed. 2. Timer Power-On Setting: Default is off (display 1oF). Press up key to turn on (display 1oN), press enter, then set hour and minute. Countdown mode supports up to 99 hours 59 minutes. 3. Timer Shutdown Setting: Default is off (display 2oF). Press up key to turn on (display 2oN), press enter, then set hour and minute. Countdown mode supports up to 99 hours 59 minutes. 4. Password Input: Use up/down keys to adjust digits. Press confirm when correct. After entering all 4 digits correctly, press confirm to proceed. Incorrect input returns to initial state. To exit without changes, press SET or wait 10 seconds. 5. Pump Oil Volume Setting: Adjust minimum oil volume using up/down keys. Press confirm to save and proceed to maximum volume setting. Adjust maximum volume and press enter to continue. 6. Fan Speed Setting: Adjust minimum fan speed using up/down keys. Press enter to save and proceed to maximum speed setting. Adjust maximum speed and press enter to continue. 7. Working Voltage Setting: Must be set when powered off. Use up/down keys to select U-12 for 12V systems or U-24 for 24V systems. Ensure oil pump, motor, and ignition plug are compatible before operation. 8. Speed Signal Selection: Display shows 5N-1. Use up/down keys to set. Choose 5N-2 if impeller has two magnets with same polarity. Choose 5N-1 if magnets have opposite polarity or only one magnet is present (default). Incorrect selection may double speed reading. 9. Ignition Plug Power Selection: Display shows PF-5. Use up/down keys to select power level (1=35W, 2=40W, 3=45W, 4=80W, 5=85W, 6=90W). Default is 5. Recommended to keep default unless verified otherwise. 10. Management Password Change: Initial state displays oF. Press confirm key to begin change process.
