1. Collect urine in a clean and dry container. Do not use first morning urine. The best time to collect urine is between 10:00 AM and 8:00 PM. Try to use urine samples at the same time each day. Avoid drinking large amounts of fluids 2 hours before collecting urine. 2. Immerse the test strip into the urine with one end up to the marked line. After approximately three seconds, remove the strip and place it flat. Read the result within 10 to 20 minutes. Do not read results after 30 minutes. The test strip should not be inserted beyond the MAX mark line. Normal women ovulate each month.
