These hard working and touring young men cite their musical inspiration as coming from three main sources: Thin Lizzy, The Pixies and the Old 97's. The album was produced by Old 97's lead guitarist Ken Bethea and is chock full of radio friendly tunes such as "Ghostchaser", "Forever And A Day" and "Aeroangel". Their sound is an energetic garage and alt-country informed brand of classic rock played with verve and bravado that is innovative and timeless. Western Star will take their live show nationwide in 2016 as they expand their current touring base of the Eastern Seaboard, Mid-South and Texas.
