HLK-RM20 is a high performance embedded module from Hi-Link. It is a highly integrated system-on-chip router module using MT7981B+MT7531A for home entertainment and home automation,etc. The SOC used are manufactured using advanced silicon processes and integrate the dual-core ARM®Cortex-A53MPCoreTM, operating at frequencies up to 1.3GHz and more DRAM bandwidth. A variety of peripherals are also included, including SGMII and USB3.0(host) ports. Two 2.5Gbps HSGMII Ethernet interfaces have also been implemented. HLK-RM20's built-in hardware-based NAT engine with QoS, in addition to good connectivity, can also transmit audio and video streams at a higher priority than other non-time-sensitive services, enriching home entertainment applications. SFQ separates P2P sessions from audio and video sessions, thus guaranteeing streaming services for HLK-RM20. With advanced technology and rich features, HLK-RM20 will be the core of the next generation of smart home gateway systems.
