Lamberts Colladeen Derma Plus is composed of anthocyanidins (and proanthocyanidins) which are the natural pigments responsible for the blue and red colours of fruits and berries. Anthocyanidins have been a considerable focus of scientific research, confirming that these compounds are important components in a healthy diet. Provides a particularly rich source of these naturally occurring plant extracts (from grape seed and blueberry), together with green tea leaf and a total of 6 mg of pure lutein in free form. Contains one of the highest levels of anthocyanidins on the market. Green Tea extract comes from one of the most sophisticated sources in the world and contains the correct balance of active ingredients. Lutein is present in free form as it is chemically identical to the lutein found in vegetable leaves. Also included is vitamin C, which plays a role in normal collagen formation, along with niacin and biotin, all of which support regular skin maintenance. Useful as part of a skin care programme. Can be used in conjunction with multi-nutrient formulas and Omega 3. Suitable for people sensitive to sunlight. Adults 18 years and older, take 2 tablets daily with food. Do not exceed the expressly recommended daily dose. One package contains a 30-day supply. This product is not recommended for pregnant or breastfeeding women. Although research indicates that lutein, a well-known carotenoid, may play a protective role against the harmful effects of sunlight on the skin, usual skin protection precautions should still be followed.
