The use of the Nasal Burbot or Neti Pot is recommended in both Ayurveda and Yoga, since the importance of good and complete breathing is vital for the well-being and balance of our body and mind. Remove excess water with a couple of short, strong exhales and repeat on the other hole. Do not exceed the expressly recommended daily dose.
